The POWER UP Participant Programme is designed to elevate exciting Black music creators and industry professionals and address barriers for those at crucial career stages. POWER UP supports exceptional talent on the creative side and behind the scenes in the industry, providing opportunities to progress which benefits members of the network and the wider music community. We can help participants to realise their potential and shape the future of music.

Participants of the POWER UP programme can gain support through:

• Capacity building and mentoring
• Access to partners
• Marketing support
