Event Coordinator and Creative Community Manager Roles – Victoria Baths

The Creative & Community Programme Manager is responsible for:
- Devising, developing and delivering cultural and creative programming for Victoria Baths
- Devising, developing and delivering community engagement activity
- Building new relationships with key stakeholders, cultural and creative organisations, health and wellbeing organisations and our hyper-local, local communities and those across Manchester
The event coordinator role is to:
- Facilitate the use of Victoria Baths by a range of individuals and groups for events, including wedding parties, film crews, artists, corporate groups, community groups, tours groups and schools.
- Liaise with potential users, arrange access, advise on event production, duty manage (includes running the bar)
- Ensure security and safety during events.
- Provide a high standard of customer service to all event users.
