Key Responsibilities:

• Capture all model digitals in a professional studio setting
• Conduct in-house test shoots with development models
• Handle post-production of test shoots
• Collaborate with the model agents to produce and maintain high standards of all model / talent imagery
• Review & research photographic standards and styles
• Ensure imagery is being processed and communicated post-photography to the relevant team
