If you love working with people, including children and young people (0-18yrs), are creative and love to bring literature and history to life, then the Wordsworth Grasmere Traineeship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in delivering inspiring, inclusive, and wide-ranging visitor experience and education programme to their audiences. You will be equipped with all the knowledge and training you need to be able to fulfil your role, and your learning and professional development will be supported throughout the Traineeship.

This is a full-time paid role (37.5 hours per week), 5 days out of 7 days per week on a rota, including some weekends. Staff accommodation is available on site.
